The Story Behind The Product

Mario Trimarchi calls his understated aesthetic 'fewism'. This fruit bowl has been made from thin, mirrored stainless steel to give the impression of fragility.

Mario Trimarchi was inspired by childhood memories of the ferocious sirocco wind that pounds Sicily mercilessly for about three days at a time, forcing its inhabitants to shut themselves away in windowless rooms until it subsides.
